Sales of new ECs climbed to 830 units in July 2016, compared to 232 units sold in June 2016. This was due to developers launching 862 new Executive Condominium units for July 2016.
The best selling EC project was Treasure Crest at Anchorvale Crescent, moving 398 units at a median price of S$751 psf.
