Developers sold 244 executive condominium units for the month of June 2017.
The top-selling projects were
- Sol Acres – 41 units
- The Visionaire – 35 units
- Signature at Yishun – 30 units
This is down 5.3 per cent from the previous month of May 2017, but is a 5.2 per cent year-on-year increase. No new projects were launched last month.
